Podiatric Acupuncture

This blog discusses use of Acupuncture within podiatry. On the 4th of April 2016 Anuj Soni will be attending a two part acupuncture course for podiatrists’ with the second part concluding in July.

Acupuncture may be used to treat or help treat many podiatric conditions, often with an emphasis on resolving pain. It is considered as a therapeutic tool, which can be used by a wide range of health professionals. The main advantages of the treatment is that it works in some disorders for which there is little or no effective treatment and that it is relatively low risk.

Conditions that can be effectively treated with acupuncture include

Acupuncture is definitely a therapeutic treatment to be considered in conjunction with other podiatric treatment for management of foot and ankle pain

Once the Acupuncture course is complete and sufficient accreditation is met we will be offering this service, so look out for further updates as to when this will be.
